About Silicone Rubber Masking Products

We manufacturers masking products for standard or customapplications, including high-heat resistant silicone rubber caps and plugs,silicone pull plugs, and an assortment of other silicone products used forpowder coating, e-coating, anodizing and plating. Silicone products are clearin color and provide protection for service temperatures as high as 600Â°F(316Â°C). Most products are reusable, versatile and durable. Rubber plugs andpull plugs are also available in EPDM and neoprene.

Silicone and EPDM rubber masking options are used inpowder coating and e-coating finishing processes, while EPDM is a greatchemical resistant material for plating operations. Both EPDM and siliconerubber materials are flexible and provide tight fitting seals on threads, fittingsand tubing.

EPDM rubber masking caps and plugs tolerate temperaturesup to 475Â°F (246Â°C), while silicone rubber masking products will withstandtemperatures up to 600Â°F (316Â°C). EPDM rubber masking products offer superiorchemical resistance and can be used more than once. Silicone rubber maskingcaps and plugs will not contaminate paint lines and will sustain repeateduses.
